DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The LogoMood™ website provides a boutique logo design marketplace of very high quality ready-made logo designs for purchase for either business or personal use.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The entire LogoMood™ website and the entire contents contained on this Website, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads are the sole and exclusive property of LogoMood™. All such contents and materials are protected by copyright laws. You hereby agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any portion of the website or any contents contained on the Website without the prior consent or purchase of any of the logo designs for sale on this website.

LOGO PURCHASE(S)

All of LogoMood’s ready-made logo designs for sale can only be sold one time. All purchased ready-made logos include customizations, should you require them. Logo customizations include: updating the logo with your company, business or organization’s name, along with colour changes, if required. Customizations are prepared and emailed to you for you to review within 24 hours.

Upon purchase of a logo, the copyright ownership and exclusive rights are transferred to you. The purchased logo(s) files are delivered automatically to you via email. All purchased ready-made logos are delivered in industry standard .eps vector for print use, including a transparent .png file for web use.

No logos may be used, traced or copied in any manner for either business or personal use, without first purchasing the logo design, in order to obtain the legal copyright and ownership of the purchased logo. Failure to comply with these legal conditions will result in legal action.

PURCHASES/PAYMENT

All logos are priced in USD and all purchases are processed via PayPal. We process our logo payments via the secured PayPal platform. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of any online fraud. Your personal payment information, such as bank information or credit card information are not held or stored through our website or servers. However, this website is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. NON-REFUNDABLE

Once a logo has been purchased and payment has been processed via PayPal, you’ll have immediate access to download the logo design files as an industry standard vector .eps file and .png file. Your files are also delivered automatically to your email address that you provide.

We cannot compromise the exclusivity rights of our customers. Thus, all sales are considered to be final and non-refundable, since the editable source files in vector format have already been provided upon completion of the purchase.

So be sure that you’re completely satisfied before making your logo purchase.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit the LogoMood™ website or send any emails to us, you will be communicating electronically with us. By such electronic communication, you agree to receive such communications from us electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement to accept our electronic commutations from us.
